- Set Budget
- Check with Treasurer, Board Chair, or Executive Director about whether grant funding can help co-sponsor event.
- Create Event Page
- Work with communications team to create appropriate event graphics and set up a site page in one cause so that attendees can buy tickets, etc.
- Communications will also create public facing event page on website.
- Determine what volunteers you need, how many, and what your volunteer shifts will be.
- Communicate all volunteer opportunities to the volunteer coordinator using the form below.
- Determine your event point person for the volunteers at the event. If this is not the volunteer coordinator, then a person must be assigned. This person is responsible for reminding volunteers to sign into and out of their shift and to handle any questions that may come up.
