- Timeline: Submit the form 6–8 weeks before your event and specify your exact deadline.
- Event Details: Provide the event name, description, date, time, and location.
- Note: Use TBD if details are unknown (must update within 45 days) or N/A if it is not an event.
- Creative Direction: Include any required copy, taglines, or specific imagery guidelines.
- Asset Checklist: Check all needed boxes for:
- Digital: Website headers, social media posts/covers, or newsletter graphics.
- Print: Flyers, posters, banners, brochures, postcards, or t-shirts.
- PR: Press releases or miscellaneous needs.
